As a Senior Product Designer for Who’z, I led the creation of a user-friendly platform designed to help employees and teams create and manage personalized web pages. Serving as a talent management tool and cloud service, Who’z simplifies the process of creating, managing, and embedding employee and team profiles into existing websites.

The platform focuses on enhancing team visibility, building trust, and improving recruitment efforts, making it particularly valuable for small businesses seeking to promote their talent and team capabilities.

The core functionalities of Who’z include member management, team management, and profile customization. Its goal is to simplify the creation of employee introduction pages that can be embedded or shared, enabling businesses to effectively promote their teams.
