In response, I conducted in-depth research and collaborated closely with the client to grasp their core values and objectives. I developed wireframes and designs that laid the groundwork for a detailed and effective design system.

Given the complexity of explaining the company's services through conventional visuals, and the inelegance and clutter caused by using photos and videos, I opted for illustrations to depict the client's offerings. This approach led to a clean, informative website design that successfully conveyed the company's message, garnering positive user feedback.

Pleased with the website redesign, the client then tasked me with the UI/UX design of "My Place," an app by MYCITY for tracking and facilitating movement within workplaces and other environments.

リニューアル前のサイトは確かにシンプルで、率直に「何をやっている会社かよく分からない」という印象のものでした。先方からも「何をやっているのかちゃんと伝えたい」という要望をいただいていたため、綿密なヒアリングをおこない、何をやっているのかという点と、会社として伝えたいことは何かという点を掴むことに尽力しました。その上でワイヤーフレームを作り、サイトをデザインしていくという流れで、サイトリニューアルに全面的に携わりました。

サービス内容としては、システムの連携や設置業務で職場環境（働く）や家庭環境（暮らす）と整えるということをメイン事業としているのですが、これが視覚的に伝えづらい非常に難しい業務内容でした。写真や動画で伝えにくいものだったため、どうやって魅せるか熟考した結果、イラストで表現するという手段を用いることとしました。その結果、シンプルな中にも「何をしている会社なのか」ということがしっかりと伝わるサイトデザインを実現することができ、好評をいただきました。

サイトデザインを気に入っていただいたこともあり、自社サービスである、会社内やその他エリア内において人の動きを確認してサポートするアプリの「My Place」のUI/UXデザインも手伝わせていただく運びとなりました。
