In early 2021, I joined Bunshi Mask as a UX/UI Designer to revamp their e-commerce site during the COVID-19 pandemic. The client aimed to establish a premium brand identity by showcasing their unique materials and technology, standing out in a competitive market.

Bunshi Mask offers the thinnest mask, reimagining every element—materials, stitching, silhouette, and filters. Trusted by over 160 medical facilities, it has sold over 300,000 units, making it a reliable and popular product.

02 / Overview and hypothesis

The goal was to highlight the mask’s superior quality and innovation digitally, while ensuring a seamless shopping experience to boost sales and engagement.

Hypothesis

  • Optimizing the sign-up, cart, and checkout flows would increase conversions.

  • Interactive 3D models would enhance product perception and engagement.

  • Consistent branding and authentic customer feedback would drive traffic and sales.
